Foreign Language Assistant - Spanish

Salary: £20 per hour

The London Academy of Excellence (LAE) is seeking to appoint a fluent speaker of Spanish on a casual basis to the post of Foreign Language Assistant. The role of the assistant is to conduct one-to-one conversation lessons in the target language with our A-level linguists and support the development of resources in the Modern Foreign Languages department. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in education and willingness to develop students’ confidence and ability to communicate in the target language. They should also be familiar with the A Level curriculum in Spanish. (LAE students are taught the AQA specification).

This role would ideally suit candidates who are native to or studying for a degree in Spanish, or those with experience of tutoring or teaching these subjects in the past.
